The Webb scarifier cassette rotates and combs the lawns slightly mossy areas. The removed moss will then be collected and vacuumed into the debris bag. During scarifying the surface of the lawn is scratched; this helps with water drainage and with the absorption of oxygen and other nutrients. It is recommended to scarify lawns during the entire growing period as and when required.
